Classical music

This could easily be true but I've actually felt more calmed. To help me focus during the workday I've been playing an assortment of classical music this week. I usually start the day with "Moonlight Sonata" and then peruse YouTube for longer symphonies.

I find it haunting, but in an intriguing kind of way. It's funny how the tiniest of stresses can rock ones foundation. But lately I've dimmed the lights in the office, slowed my breathing, and tried to find my center to maximize my efficiency.

I own my own destiny. And it's the richest of all prizes.

What do you do to help you focus?

Peace, love and a little sarcasm, j.d.k.
